The Run

“What if humans are replaced by the animals they try to hunt? ” I had the opportunity to be part of a research team project about Gabbeh, a traditional Iranian hand-woven rug, and the dangers it’s facing of going extinct in the modern world. Throughout the research, I came up with the idea of creating a video game about one of my mounting concerns, animal hunting, in which the human is replaced by a peacock trying to run away from hunters, as an approach to convey this concern and a solution to preserve this iconic cultural heritage.
